Pay Rate: $35 - $40 per hour + penalties
Hours: 8-11 hours per day

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver to transport large steel rectangles in 8T-10T trucks. This role requires a safety-focused individual who is skilled in load strapping and forklift operation. Enjoy working with newer, comfortable trucks equipped with excellent air-conditioning for a pleasant driving experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate HR trucks (8T-10T) to transport large steel products.
• Secure loads with strapping to ensure safe transit.
• Use forklifts to assist with loading and unloading (as required).
• Conduct pre-start and daily maintenance checks on the vehicle.
• Follow all company and legislative safety protocols.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and adhere to delivery schedules.

Requirements:

• Valid HR-B driver’s license (preferred).
• Proven experience in operating heavy rigid trucks.
• Knowledge of load strapping and securing methods.
• Forklift license and operational experience (preferred).
• Strong focus on safety and adherence to regulations.
• Availability for an immediate start.
