As our Trust Accountant, you'll immerse yourself in a diverse array of fulfilling tasks each day, ensuring the seamless operation of our Property Management Trust Accounts. Your responsibilities will include: - Skillfully managing Property Management Trust Accounts, conducting daily receipting and meticulous reconciliation.
- Guiding the team through mid and end-of-month processes for the Property Management portfolio with precision.
- Providing prompt and efficient responses to client invoicing and accounts inquiries, leaving no query unanswered.
- Expertly handling disbursements of deposit monies and smoothly processing end-of-month owner payments.
- Ensuring the smooth entry and payment of invoices, maintaining the financial backbone of our operations.
- Acting as a supportive resource for Property Managers, assisting with ledger and owner/tenant queries to maintain operational efficiency.
- Managing on-charging water usage and handling other tenant invoices with accuracy and fairness.
- Maintaining detailed records to comply with legislative requirements and industry standards.
- Addressing invoice and payment-related inquiries with professionalism, building trust and rapport.
- Accurately and efficiently processing sales contract settlements.
- Providing invaluable support to owners and tenants with accounts queries, fostering positive relationships within our community.
- Undertaking any other ad hoc duties as required to support the team and agency's objectives.
