Turnaround Practitioner

Our team works with business owners to develop strategies to avoid and protect against business failure.  This encompasses both insolvency and non insolvency solutions.  

About the role

The successful candidate will confidently maintain professional relationships and work closely with the Accountants and Lawyers who entrust ReGroup Solutions with their valued business clients.    

A strong background in insolvency is a great attribute.  However the role is much broader than this.  The successful applicant will have the aptitude to hone in on the outcomes a client is looking to achieve and be able to assess the varying options available.  In doing this you need to be a problem solver and an analytical thinker that can take into account the big picture.  

You will get a 'buz' from the positive impact you have from working closely with our clients to provide support and guidance throughout their business turnaround journey.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Financial & Operational Analysis
• Client Relationship Management
• Developing and Maintaining Relationships with Key Business Partners
• Preparation of Client Recommendations
• Project Management of Recommendation Implementation
• Manage negotiations with financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and creditors

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded knowledge of the insolvency framework and have experience working with SME clients.

Applicants with backgrounds in Insolvency, Banking, Accounting or Corporate Advisory will be highly regarded.
