UI/UX Designer

You’ll join a focused, high performing and fun team of like minded professionals in this mostly remote position based in the Brisbane CBD. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the SLT, Product Team & Senior Business Analysts to grasp the product vision, objectives, and specifications.
• Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces for your offerings.
• Perform user research, conduct interviews, and carry out usability tests to gain insights and validate design choices.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs utilising tools like Figma or similar
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
• Uphold and enhance our design system to ensure uniformity and scalability throughout the product.
• Take ownership and oversee the evolution of the product, turn your ideas into reality 

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications or digital products.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design work and methodology.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in Agile or iterative development settings.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Front End Dev experience would be highly regards, skills like HTML, CSS and JS
• Experience using prototyping tools like InVision or Proto
