Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and supporting documentation
Partner with project managers, vendors, and solution teams to support the design and implementation of the UKG solution
Identify process improvement opportunities and support the business in adopting more efficient ways of working
Support system configuration discussions by ensuring business requirements are clearly understood and documented
Assist with testing phases by helping define test scenarios, supporting UAT, and ensuring requirements are traceable through to delivery
Manage stakeholder expectations and act as a key liaison between operational teams and the broader program team
Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle including change impacts, business readiness, and process alignment
About You

Experience supporting testing and business readiness activities within a transformation program
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving project environment
Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, or large multi-site organisations will be highly regarded
