About the Opportunity!
PIMS Group is now mobilising experienced personnel across the business for Development, Longwall and Coal Clearance. Being apart of the PIMS Group team you will be responsible in achieving outstanding results in safety, culture and productivity. With a proven experience in the Underground Industry, the successful candidate will be complimented by the qualities of mutual respect, integrity, commitment, loyalty, awareness and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain underground equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency;
- Execute specialised tasks related to underground operations in accordance with Appin Mine SHMS.
- Collaborate with a skilled team of professionals to achieve project goals;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of mining processes.
Qualifications & Experience: - Proven experience with Signed Transcripts as an Underground Tradespersons;
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures;
- Ability to work effectively within a team and in challenging underground environments;
- Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive approach to each day on tour.
Trade Requirements: - Certificate of proficiency/ Trade certificate
- EEHA Certificate - preferred
- LVR/CPR - preferred
