Phil Gilbert Motor Group is Parramatta road’s largest used vehicle dealer and are in growth mode! 

We are seeking applications from those interested in progressing their career to become a Toyota Used Vehicle Manager. We offer a stable and supportive management team, we “get” used cars with up to 150 used cars retailed, and 100 used cars wholesaled each month. We buy 100 cars each a month and are looking for an applicant who wants the opportunity to work with us, we have a strong buy and sell culture, and the right applicant will enjoy the rewards of joining a successful operation.

You may currently be a successful Sales Manager or a confident Assistant Manager who is ready to take your next step but have limited prospects of career advancement. You are seeking a long term role where you can apply your passionate approach to all that you do.

This is a crucial long-term role in our business and your training will include:

• Daily training and mentoring by Dealer Principal and General Manager
• Strong pay, commission, car allowance or drive car, and support to succeed without being micro-managed with a $150k OTE.

What will you do?

• Planning, direction and management of the Used Vehicle sales department;
• Selling and delivering a high volume of individual sales monthly; 
• Meeting KPI's for the department and motivating staff to meet individual KPI's;
• Driving customer experience through positive interaction with staff and customers;
• Managing the sales process to maximize results and profitability;
• Using your negotiation skills to drive the sales team's performance.
