2 x UX Designers Project Overview – Role 1
The NSW Government passed a bill in 2023 to establish a new Industrial Court (IC). The Courts, Tribunals Service Delivery (CTSD) requires a solution to be developed that enables the capture, maintenance and reporting of Industrial Court case file information. The Industrial Court solution will be based upon the new and existing Justice online applications. The Industrial Court project will be managed by the CTSD’s Digital Portfolio Team (DPT).  Project Overview – Role 2
The Digital Portfolio Team (DPT) is responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of all current CTSD Digital Applications and Product Information. About the roles:
The UX Designer works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to research, design and assist in delivering exceptional customer and user experiences that achieve business outcomes and improve business efficiencies and processes.
The role is user centric and requires solid user-centred design values, principles and practices; strong business analytics skills; excellent communication and stakeholder engagement and management skills; and be a master at
juggling multiple projects and priorities. Responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with members of the Digital Portfolio Team to build, implement, release, support and maintain digital product suite including facilitating workshops, maintaining documentation and showcases.
• Apply d technical skills in user experience and user interface design, including exploring the issue, researching, ideating, designing, testing, and measuring.
• Ability to use different methodologies and tools to solve different challenges.
• Lead user and customer research to inform design work and to iterate existing experience artefacts such as personas or customer journeys.
• Support viable and sustainable product solutions from design through discovery, framing and iterating development and continuous improvement within a Human-Centered Design (HCD) framework. Including but not limited to UI design, content modelling/design, information architecture, web standards and analytics design.
• Support usability, accessibility and user acceptance testing of digital services to ensure we provide users with a great experience while ensuring all requirements and guidelines are met.
• Stay up to date with the best user research practices, including User Interaction (UI), accessibility guidelines, and visual design practices. What's needed:
4-5 years experience working enterprise projects 
Government transformation experience 
UCD What's on offer:
12 month contracts - July 1st start
$665.15 - 800.00 + super per day
