About thisopportunity:

As the Venue First Aid Services Coordinator, you'llplay a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all patrons andstaff. With primary responsibility for overseeing first aid response andservices throughout our venue, you'll lead a team of first aid contractors,manage equipment and stock, develop emergency policies, and provide essentialtraining to our team on first aid protocols.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Registered/Enrolled Nurse or Paramedic certification.
  • Experience administering emergency medicine in first aid situations.
  • Demonstrated provision of first aid services in both public and multiple casualty settings.
  • Strong project management skills with analytical and problem-solving abilities, showing initiative and flexibility.
  • Proficiency in writing, reporting, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in process development and a keen understanding of risk management.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and a willingness to work collaboratively.
  • Highly organised with keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A proactive "can do" attitude prioritizing safety at all times.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • You must be 18 years or over.
