We’re opening Melbourne's newest rooftop destination – a modern Eastern Mediterranean escape with sweeping views, bold flavours and vibrant energy. This is where people gather for great company and that endless-summer feeling.

Our menu brings a fresh twist to familiar Mediterranean classics, blending tradition with local culinary flair. With Front of House and Back of House working in perfect harmony, every guest experience is designed to be seamless, warm, and unforgettable.

Job Description

As Venue Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our operations – leading, inspiring, and empowering your team to deliver elevated service from the very first welcome to the final farewell. You’ll bring operational expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for hospitality that makes guests feel right at home.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and inspire the FOH team to deliver exceptional hospitality
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team for seamless service flow
  • Manage rostering, budgets, ordering, and stock control
  • Implement and maintain venue standards, policies, and procedures
  • Drive revenue growth through events, promotions, and upselling
  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, health & safety regulations

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years proven experience in managing premium or high-volume hospitality venues
  • A leader who thrives in fast-paced, guest-focused environments
  • Strong operational, financial, and people management skills
  • A passion for food, beverage and creating memorable experiences
  • Exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and emerging trends. WSET III or equivalent highly regarded
  • The ability to create a workplace where staff feel empowered, connected, and inspired
