WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As Venue Manager, you’ll own the overall performance of BrewDog Perth - from team culture and guest experience through to financial results and community engagement.

You’ll be:

• Leading and inspiring a high-performing front-of-house team
• Driving sales growth and venue profitability
• Creating a culture that’s energetic, inclusive and genuinely fun
• Delivering legendary guest experiences every shift
• Coaching and developing future hospitality leaders
• Building local partnerships and community engagement opportunities
• Bringing fresh ideas to events, activations and trade-driving initiatives
• Owning labour, wage control, stock management and venue KPIs
• Making BrewDog Perth the go-to venue for craft beer lovers, foodies and good humans alike

• Proven experience leading high-volume hospitality venues
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing sales
• A hands-on leadership style and genuine passion for developing teams

• Experience managing labour, COGS and financial performance
• A passion for craft beer, hospitality and creating memorable experiences
