Team Leader/ Manager:

• Lead, motivate, and guide a team of fantastic individuals to ensure smooth daily operations. Encourage a positive work environment while promoting our company's core values.
• Effective rostering and forecasting.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of our meals, ensuring they meet our standards of taste and quality.
• Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and understanding.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing feedback and ensuring our guests have a memorable and satisfying experience.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and optimize stock to minimize waste and maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Uphold strict adherence to health and safety guidelines to guarantee a safe and healthy environment for both staff members and customers.
• Drive profitability and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and partners

About you:

• 2-5 years of hospitality experience.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position in the food industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability.
• Experience leading a team within a busy, high-volume hospitality environment
