Venue Manager - Opportunity to Make a Difference

This is a unique opportunity to lead the iconic Matilda Bay Restaurant and Function Centre team. You will need to be a hands-on leader, with a passion for customer service, great food and an interest in fine wine.

We overlook Perth's most beautiful bay, have great customers and a fun working environment. 

This is a great opportunity for a customer driven, sales focused and experienced leader to guide our established restaurant and functions management team.

The key elements of this position:

• Supervision of the front of house staff and labour costs
• Ensuring a smooth and seamless service experience for guests
• Induction and training of new staff and maintenance of service standards through ongoing training
• Running large-scale events and weddings
• Administration experience, back office, computer, social media and written   skills required. Use of NowBookIt, IMPOS and Function Tracker preferable.
• Maintaining inventory, ordering and financial transactions
• Overseeing menu changes and promotions throughout the venue

At least 3 years of relevant hospitality or management experience is required, hospitality qualifications highly regarded.
