Venue Manager - Positive Work Culture

This Spring, Surfers Paradise will welcome an exciting new addition to its bar scene: Lulu's Rooftop Bar. Imagine vibrant and modern aesthetics blended with Miami pool style - this 500-capacity venue is set to become the ultimate hotspot for both day and night events.

By day, Lulu’s Rooftop Bar offers a relaxing and casual dining experience with a fun and vibrant poolside classics menu.

As the sun sets, Lulu's transforms into a buzzing late-night entertainment-led party venue. The seamless shift from a serene daytime haven to an electrifying nightlife destination ensures there's always something to look forward to at Lulu’s.

We are seeking the following experience and attributes:

• Experience managing a large, competent team in a busy environment
• Have proven experience managing a high-volume food & beverage venue 
• A highly structured and organised approach
• Developing and training our future leaders. 
• Maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, ensuring our venue is always immaculate.
• Ensuring that our focus is always on the guest and their experience.
• Managing strong financial acumen as well as initiating and executing growth strategies to increase top-line sales.
• Ability to work weekends & late nights 
• Hold a current RLMV & Approved Managers license 

This is a great opportunity for a Venue manager who is seeking to work with a group in an autonomous role, building your own team and be apart of creating a new venue. 

Offer: This role offers a remuneration package comprised of a base salary circa $90,000 + super + KPI Bonus. 

The ideal candidate would have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar management role, strong communication skills, enjoy new challenges, be a motivated self-starter, and have the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
