Vet Nurse - Greencross Wellington Road

Wellington Road is looking for a Vet Nurse to join this locally loved team!

Greencross Wellington Road are a fun, easy-going and supportive team, we are a small team, and we pride ourselves on a positive work environment! Our clinic is equipped with an IM3 dental machine, multi parameter monitoring, in-house blood machines, two consulting rooms, non-sterile treatment area and a dedicated surgery room.

Part-time and full-time hours available.

What you’ll be doing each day

• Undertaking general nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical care
• Maintaining the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment
• Handling client enquiries professionally in person, by email and over the phone
• Administration duties when required

What you’ll bring

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential)
