Veterinary Receptionist/Front of House Unicorn - Petstock Vet Erina & Gosford

We are searching for our next Front of House Unicorn to join our veterinary team, on a casual or part-time basis.

This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, can juggle multiple priorities, and brings positivity and energy to every interaction. You’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, helping clients and their pets feel cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

    ●    Confidence and compassion when having difficult or emotional conversations.
    ●    The ability to remain calm, organised, and professional under pressure.

    ●    Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
    ●    A quick learner who embraces new challenges and systems.
    ●    Experience with veterinary software (or the ability to become proficient quickly).
    ●    A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture.

What you’ll be doing:
    ●    Welcoming clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
    ●    Managing appointments, phone calls, emails, and client enquiries.
    ●    Supporting veterinarians and nurses with administrative tasks.
    ●    Maintaining accurate records and processing payments.
    ●    Navigating busy periods with efficiency, kindness, and confidence.
    ●    Providing outstanding service, even on the most challenging days.
