The Role

We’re on the hunt for a talented videographer and content creator with a passion for real estate.  If you are naturally organised, detail-focused, enjoy a busy work pace without sacrificing quality, to create visually stunning content that captures the essence of a property to tell its story…you’ve come to the right place.

As our in-house Real Estate Videographer, you will be responsible for:

• Creating high-quality video content for our property listings, social media channels (including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube), and marketing campaigns.
• Developing and executing creative video ideas that align with our brand and marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with our marketing team, StudioMRE, to brainstorm and implement new video concepts.
• Engaging with our online community through captivating video content.
• Maintaining the brand’s video style and ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times.
• Demonstrating great initiative in all aspects of the role.

  About You:

• Industry experience in Real Estate or Architecture an advantage.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud-based editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) – min. 2 years.
• High proficiency in videography and editing – min 2 years.
• A keen eye for design and aesthetics, with a commitment to maintaining brand integrity.
• High level of autonomy with the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure, managing multiple projects and delivering quality in a timely manner.
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative in developing and executing video projects.
• An understanding of social media algorithms and current trends.
• Reliable car and valid driver’s licence.
• Must have your own professional video gear.
• Drone licence is preferred (not essential).
