The Gig

We are looking to grow the front of house team to provide a unique and memorable experience for all. 

Some of the things you will be doing in your new role :

• Table service including menu recommendations, taking orders and ensuring a great experience for our guests
• Point of sale and bill processing
• Assist with packing down and resetting the restaurant for service
• Flexible roster with shifts varying from Tuesday to Sunday consisting of lunch and dinner services

About You 

• Must hold a current NSW RSA card
• Comfortable with tray service, carrying 3 plates and serving wine.
• Previous experience as a waitperson with an understanding of the sequence of service, fine dining preferred
• A reliable team player with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Comfortable using POS systems and processing payments
• Keen desire to deliver a memorable dining experience through outstanding communication skills
