About the role Gemelli Italian James Street is currently recruiting a senior waiter to join the Gemelli family. Duties working closely with restaurant managers to ensure smooth operation. Working with the team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service. Waiting tables and providing exceptional customer service. Handling guests requests in a genuine and professional manner.

Skills & experience proven experience in a similar role. Full working rights in Australia. A calm and professional approach to their job. Strong communication skills. Incredible attention to detail. Staff and customer service focused.
