Walpole Surveying is a highly regarded Land Surveying practice established in 2001. We deal with diverse projects including subdivision of land, verification of property boundaries and are involved in construction projects. We are a well-established and reputable workplace with a strong attention to detail and professionalism. 

About the role

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our dedicated team within our Albury office. The role involves being the first point of contact in the business, answering phones and email enquiries and liaising with clients, staff and suppliers. We will provide the necessary training to learn about the land surveying industry.

Duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Carry out all office administration and reception duties
  • Prepare client job files and account management using MYOB
  • Inputting, tracking and communicating quote submissions
  • Develop and implement internal office procedures
  • Proactively identifying and improving team systems and practices
  • Arrange safety induction documentation and procedures including contract administration
  • General filing and archiving of documentation.

Selection criteria

Applications to include how you demonstrate your ability to meet the following selection criteria:

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Professional attitude and demeanour
  • Demonstrated high level of communication skills, attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Eager to learn and demonstrate initiative to ensure your input enhances the integrity and reputation of the business; and
  • Experience in the MS Office suite.
