Based in Campbellfield, Melbourne, we have a large warehouse filled with the latest in smart home technology.

About the Role

We are seeking a young, energetic, and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining our warehouse and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. You'll be working with products from world-renowned brands and contributing to the success of a leading smart home provider. In this role, you will be reporting to the Accounts and Customer Support department, ensuring seamless coordination between warehouse operations and customer satisfaction. While your primary focus will be on maintaining the warehouse and its inventory, you will also be required to examine returns and update our systems.   

Responsibilities:

• Receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming goods (including smart door locks and other exciting tech)
• Maintaining inventory and stock levels
• Picking and packing orders as required
• Building and assembling spare parts
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Assisting with stocktakes and other warehouse duties
• Ensuring the presentation of our products is always top-notch
• Updating the status of customer returns and spare parts returns in our CRM system

Skills and Experience:

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Excellent attention to details
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding in using Microsoft Excel and comfortable with reporting
• Physically fit and able to lift and move boxes
• Experience with electronic devices is an advantage, but not essential
• A passion for technology and an interest in smart home solutions is a plus
