About your new role

The Warehouse Assistant will assist the dispatch team with packaging products and picking finished products ready for shipping. You will also:

• Prepare, pack and label orders before shipping
• Perform cyclic stock takes and update inventory software levels
• Assist product packing and quality control team
• Identify any order issues and assess the best action of resolution
• Assist to product packing and quality control team as required
• The hours is from 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Thursday, and 8:00am - 2:30pm on Friday.

• Ability to meet the physical inherent requirements of the role
• Prior experience working efficiently within a team environment
• Ability to utilise various technology programs – experience with Shopify and/or Starshipit would be highly regarded!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
