Opal Packaging Plus is an industry-leading packaging and consumables business across Australia. We have an exciting opportunity to join the Opal team as our site in Pemulwuy, NSW is currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to come onboard!

This role having a blend of hands-on and admin focus - some of the key duties of this role include:

• Manage stock and administration tasks for the Pemulwuy site
• Loading and unloading trucks, using high-reach forklifts
• RF scanning and receipting stock into the warehouse
• Planning inbound and outbound deliveries
• Invoicing completed orders into the WMS system
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing pallets
• Ensuring that documents are filed correctly
• Assisting cross-functional teams by addressing any internal enquiries

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a warehousing or logistics environment
• A current high-reach forklift licence & experience (this is a requirement for the role)
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A safety and customer-focused mindset
• Experience using an RF scanner
• Meticulous, organized and accurate data entry skills
• Good organizational skills - communication, teamwork, and time management
