Warehouse Coordinator (AM)

This role starts at 4am. The warehouse is moving before most of QLD has opened their eyes. You're the person who makes sure every vehicle rolls out the door loaded correctly, on time, every single morning.

You'll coordinate drivers, run the loadout operation and own the AM shift like it's your own business. Nobody's standing over your shoulder. You're trusted to get it done — because the whole operation depends on it.

This is a HACCP certified cold chain operation. Every carton, every vehicle, every delivery is temperature-controlled and held to a standard worth being part of. You'll be trained to that standard from day one.

What you'll be doing

• Running the AM loadout operation — coordinating drivers, ensuring every vehicle leaves on time and loaded right
• Working at pace in a cold chain warehouse where accuracy isn't optional
• Making quick decisions when things don't go to plan — because at 4:30am, they sometimes won't
• Setting the tone for the shift — your energy runs downhill, in the best possible way

What you bring

• 2–5 years solid warehousing experience
• Current forklift licence, comfortable on high reach — non-negotiable
• You've led people before — your team follows your pace, not the other way around
• Comfortable in cold storage and built for a physical, high-output shift
• When something goes sideways at 4:30am, you fix it — you don't wait to be told how
