WAREHOUSE DESPATCH CLERK - Leading Industry Pay

We are the market leader in Supply and Installation of industrial Fencing, Located in Bayswater.

We are seeking a candidate who is physically fit, reliable, self-motivated, must have keen eye for detail and above all be a great team player with a good attitude - for immediate start.

The candidate for this role must maintain relationships and ensure our customers receive their goods in full and on time. Proven despatch experience would be ideal. 

This is a casual or  full-time role from Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm, flexible to do overtime on occasion if required, penalties apply and retribution offered based on experience.

Duties include:

• Accurate data collection, entry and movement of inventory.
• Ensure deliveries are picked, packed and dispatched in a timely and accurate fashion.
• To engage in the physical handling and efficient transaction recording of goods associated with the warehousing function.
• Ensure best practice stock management procedures are followed.
• Ensure our customers internal / external receive world class logistical support.
• Ability to maintain yard in good tidy conditions.
• Must work unsupervised and autonomously.
• highly considered if experienced on moving steel lengths up to 12m long.
• Loading and unloading trucks in a fast paced environment.

Candidates should possess the following attributes:

• Well organized
• Accurate and timely data entry
• Drivers licence (Own Transport)
• Fork-lift license (Preferred minimum 2 years experience)
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office preferred)
• Team player
• Ability to multi task
• Safe work ethic
• Good attitude
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Construction card (white card) highly favoured but not essential.
