Our ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in managing a warehouse or store environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, motivate, and inspire a team
• Highly motivated, determined, and ready to hit the ground running
• A natural problem solver, able to identify challenges and implement effective solutions quickly
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehousing best practices
• Committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive workspace
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Valid car / truck / forklift licences

Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient processes
• Supervise and lead a team, providing hands-on support, training and guidance
• Ensure team members adhere to established procedures, maintaining high standards of performance and efficiency
• Ensure accurate stock control, inventory management, and regular stocktaking
• Organise and optimise storage space to maximise efficiency and product accessibility
• Manage and maintain safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for the team
• Handling administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and updating inventory records
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workspace, setting the standard for team members
