About the role: 
Reporting to the Branch Manager this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hard working warehouse person to join our team. 
Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving, unpacking and storage of incoming goods.
• Picking, packing and despatch of goods.
• Completion of associated paperwork.
• Assisting with stocktakes and stock management.
• Use of forklifts/machinery to move goods.

This is a hands-on role that will also require physical manual handling and heavy lifting for the purposes of preparing customer orders for dispatch as well as receipting and arranging storage of goods in accordance with appropriate procedures.

About you – Skills and experience: 

• Exceptional customer service focus, communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with hand tools 
• Experience in the Industrial Hose and Hydraulics or similar background (desirable but not essential)
• A demonstrated capacity to pick up and learn a broad range of technical product knowledge in a fast paced environment
• Able to lift heavy bulky items to handle stock as well as picking and packing. 
• Good computer skills
• Team player with a can do attitude and willingness to learn
• Current driver’s license and own reliable transport
