Warehouse Supervisor

What you will be responsible for:

• Supervising a team of six
• Assisting in the onboarding and training of new team members
• Supervise the operational activities within the warehouse
• Resolving daily operational issues
• Organizing scheduled maintenance for various machinery including overhead cranes, hoists, forklifts, and trucks
• Assisting with general Warehouse storeman responsibilities
• Stock control / Daily Rolling Stocktakes
• Receiving in stock / managing transfers
• Customer order picking

• Rotating AM and PM shifts (5.30AM – 2PM and 2PM – 10.30)
• Prior experience in a leading a busy warehouse environment
• Computer skills
• Good understanding of H&S compliance and best practices
• Forklift license (Preferred but, not essential)
• Ability to work confidently under pressure
