Warehouse Supervisor

What you will be responsible for:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory and timely dispatch.
• Coordinate transport and ensure safe, efficient use of equipment.
• Maintain safety standards, enforce PPE use, and support incident follow‑up.
• Lead, train and support warehouse staff to meet targets.
• Improve workflow, layout and processes to boost efficiency.
• Work with sales, operations and transport to ensure accurate orders and resolve issues.

• Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
• Experience in warehouse or logistics supervision, ideally within steel or heavy industrial distribution.
• Hands‑on, practical leadership style with team management capability.
• High commitment to safety and compliance.
• Forklift licence and overhead crane experience (or ability to obtain).
