About the Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced full-time permanent Warehouse Supervisor to join our Pinkenba team and lead safe, efficient and customer-focused warehouse operations within our growing Food Service & Convenience business. This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to develop your team, drive operational performance and build your career with Metcash.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of daily warehouse activities across receipting, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory management. You'll lead a team of warehouse staff while ensuring operational performance, safety and service standards are consistently achieved.

In this Role

• Supervising warehouse operations to meet productivity and service targets


• Leading and supporting warehouse team members on shift


• Maintaining compliance with OH&S, HACCP and food safety requirements


• Monitoring inventory accuracy, stock movements and investigations


• Managing labour resources and operational efficiencies


• Working closely with transport, customer service and inventory teams


• Supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

What are we looking for?

• Experience within warehouse, distribution or FMCG Environments


• Knowledge of OH&S and HACCP requirements


• Strong leadership, communication and coaching capability


• The ability to prioritise and perform in a fast-paced environment


• Strong attention to detail and accountability


• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
