Warehouse Supervisor - efm Warehousing

Thanks to continued business growth, we are excited to open a purpose-built Eastern Creek warehouse - with state-of-the-art facilities, 5-star green rating, brand-new MHE, and a tailored WMS system. We are now seeking an additional Warehouse Supervisor to play a key role in leading operations at this flagship site. 

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and performance targets are met. 

You will provide strong leadership, support operational excellence, and foster a positive team culture across the site. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Ensuring compliance with safety, WHS, and operational standards. 

• Providing effective leadership to warehouse staff, driving engagement and a strong team culture. 

• Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. 

• Achieving performance targets, including dashboard reporting, health checks, and stocktake schedules. 
• Planning and managing labour requirements. 

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience in warehouse leadership along with a strong operational focus. 

You will demonstrate: 

• Previous experience supervising warehouse operations within a contract logistics and/or FMCG environment (minimum 2 years). 

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage both direct hire and contractor staff. 

• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and compliance. 

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). 

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

• Experience with Paperless WMS and a current LF licence (advantageous but not essential).
