Due to the rapid growth, we are expanding operations in Brisbane and Melbourne and are now seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse supervisor to join our vibrant team based in Melbourne. This position will work with another warehouse supervisor for our Domestic Express and Imports.

Responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisor include:

• Cycle counting, stocktaking, and inventory management. 
• Receive orders, generate sales invoices, and arrange a delivery schedule.
• Manage stock level, and place orders, liaise directly with suppliers.
• Assist with the preparation and loading of deliveries and ensure the work environment is organised and presentable.
• Use the Zoho Inventory system to ensure all data is accurately and timely processed each day.
• Manage warehouse assistants by providing training and guidance. 
• Liaise with head office and property managers.
• Accountable for the physical storage and regular audit of any items on-hand within the warehouse.

The Person for the Warehouse Supervisor would be needed to 

• Valid, clean Australian driver's license (Required)
• Experience in managing a warehousing team.
• Experience within hotel/ residential rental property industries is desired but not mandatory.
• Can-do, the hands-on mindset with the ability to work autonomously as required.
• Intermediate to advanced user of Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to quickly learn and use a variety of IT platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills. 
• Demonstrated time management and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to be a part of/and appreciation for the challenges and rewards of working in a growing business.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
