Job Description - Warehouse Team Leader

In the role, you will:

â¢ Lead, manage and coordinate a small warehouse team
â¢ Coordinate and manage incoming goods
â¢ Prepare and consolidate orders for dispatch
â¢ Select and schedule the appropriate transport provider or courier
â¢ Liaise with Customer Service teams to arrange pickup of orders
â¢ Prepare daily pick sheets and manage special orders
â¢ Manage returns and investigate stock issues
â¢ Complete stocktake and report inventory discrepancies
â¢ Manage warehouse equipment and supplies
â¢ Manage OH&S

Requirements

To be successful, you must have:

â¢ Experience managing end-to-end warehouse functions
â¢ Strong people leadership and management experience
â¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
â¢ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
â¢ A current forklift licence
