Warehouse Transport Administration

We are currently seeking a candidate to fill a Warehouse Transport Administration role for one of our well known clients located in Truganina, you must be reliable and have experience in Warehouse administration, Transport allocation, Driver run sheets and despatch experience, WMS experience is a must. You must be available to work Sunday - Thursday and have a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role.

About the Role

-Sunday - Thursday -  AM shift - 6:00am to 3:00pm

-Transport Allocation experience

-Despatch experience 

-Driver Run Sheet experience 

-Data Entry (into the WMS system)

- Experience with Microsoft Office - Email and Excel

- Managing returns, receiving

- General warehouse experience

Successful applicants require:

• Accurate Data Entry Skills

• Knowledge of transport & warehouse systems

• Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable systems and reporting

• High attention to detail with some analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Pro-active approach to solving problems/issues

• Quick learner and desire to continue learning

• Reliability a must

• Flexible approach to tasks.

• Excellent time management skills and able to work to timelines

• Ability to work independently
