Warranty Administrator

We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims, maximise warranty recovery, and ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership requirements. This role works closely with our Service team, manufacturer representatives, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for the business and our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process and submit warranty and goodwill claims accurately and within required timeframes.

• Monitor, reconcile and maintain warranty ledgers and claim records for audit purposes.

• Follow up outstanding, delayed or rejected claims to maximise warranty recovery.

• Manage warranty documentation, parts returns and recall administration.

• Conduct warranty audits and ensure compliance with BMW and Sime Motors Australia standards.

• Produce reports and provide insights on warranty performance and outstanding claims.

• Liaise with manufacturer representatives regarding claim queries and goodwill requests.

• Support service operations through accurate administration and strong stakeholder relationships.

About You

• Previous experience in warranty administration, automotive service administration or a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Strong computer literacy and experience with Dealer Management Systems.

• Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Automotive industry experience is highly regarded.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and ability to work independently.
