About the role

This full time, permanent Wastewater Process Plant Operator position reports directly to the Field Supervisor. The wastewater operations team are integral to operating Logan Water’s wastewater treatment plants and ensuring compliance with environmental authority conditions to deliver reliable, sustainable, and committed outcomes for our community.

The role will work out of all Wastewater Treatment plants. The First of which Loganholme Wastewater Treatment Plant which is the City of Logan’s largest treatment facility and home to Australia’s first biosolids gasification facility, providing the opportunity to learn the operations process of this brand-new technology. Other facilities include Beenleigh, Jimboomba, and Cedar Grove Environmental Centre where you will work as part of a collaborative team to monitor and maintain operational performance targets.
