We are looking for Videographer / Editor in Bundamba, QLD

• Full time position – Bundamba  Head Office

• Use your creative flair with full management support

• Competitive salary negotiable to experience

Why You Will Be Excited About This Role

This isn't a job making product demos that disappear into the feed. This is a chance to build something - a genuine, growing content engine for one of Australia's most ambitious brands in the coatings industry.

All Purpose Coatings (APC) is an Australian manufacturing and wholesale success story, supplying high-performance products to the protective coatings industry.  With a history of innovative solutions, strong investment in R&D, technical excellence and customer support, APC are continuing their national expansion and want you behind the camera shaping how the world sees the company!

In your first 12 months, you'll move from shoot to edit to publish, developing a body of work that stretches across real-world installation footage captured at APC sites in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, and a growing online education platform that's redefining how the industry trains its people. You'll have creative latitude that most videographers in corporate environments never get:

• Film at real job sites - warehouses, industrial installs – making them look cinematic

• Lead productions end-to-end, from storyboarding through to final delivery

• Continuing to build APC's YouTube presence and online training course library with broadcast-quality content

• Work with professional-grade gear: cinema or mirrorless camera systems, multi-camera rigs, DJI gimbals, and pro audio setups

• Grow into a role that directly shapes APC's national brand campaigns, product launches and educational material

Why You Will Like Working Here

As a manufacturer, wholesaler and industry innovator with a growing national footprint - you won't be lost in a large corporate structure. The marketing team is tight-knit and fast-moving, which means your ideas get heard rather than buried.

With continued national expansion, you'll have the rare opportunity to take on more as APC grows - coordinating interstate shoots, managing external videographers, and contributing to campaigns that reach installers and contractors right across the country.

• Work that ends up in front of real audiences

• Collaborative team environment where your creativity is genuinely encouraged

• Standard Monday–Friday hours, 8am - 4:30pm

• A role where you can genuinely build a showreel you're proud of

What You Will Be Working On

You'll own the full production cycle from setting up cameras and lighting, in an industrial environment, through to delivering polished, broadcast-ready edits. This means directing on-camera talent, capturing authentic testimonials from APC applicators in the field, and operating multi-camera setups for the training course content that's central to APC's Advantage program.

You'll be working primarily in Adobe Premiere Pro, with motion graphics and animation in After Effects to keep content visually compelling and technically clear. You'll manage 4K+ workflows, and deliver 3–5 videos per week across a range of formats.

Beyond the edit suite, you'll play a key role coordinating large shoots; liaising with stakeholders; and keeping productions on time and on brief.

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

We're genuinely open to someone either earlier in their career or an experienced operator.  If you are creative and are enthusiastic about creating something different then we want to hear from you.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Have a real passion for videography and can demonstrate creative, quality work, whether through a formal portfolio or personal projects

• Are comfortable with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment

• Think like a storyteller - pacing, narrative, and audience always front of mind

• Can hold your own in an industrial environment - warehouses, dust, and concrete don't faze you

• Are the kind of person who spots a great shot and grabs it without waiting to be asked

• Have working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects experience is a bonus

• Occasional interstate travel may be required, however, this is not a core part of the role

If you've been curious about roles like Videographer, Content Producer, Video Editor, or Multimedia Producer - we'd love to hear from you.

How To Apply

If this sounds like the kind of role where you could do your best work, we want to hear from you.  Even if you don't tick every box, what we care about most is your creativity, your attitude, and your hunger to make something great.

Apply with your CV and, if you have one, a link to your showreel / portfolio or any work you're proud of.
