Welder/Fabricator - Generous Compensation

A small business specialising in metal fabrication is seeking experienced and skilled Welders and Fabricators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welding and fabricating metal components using TIG, MIG, and stick welding techniques
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
• Assembling finished products according to specifications
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of welding and fabrication experience
• Proficiency in TIG, MIG, and stick welding techniques
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift Licence
• Willingness to learn other aspects of metal work (e.g milling & turning)
