Well Services Manager

• Coordinate well service operations, equipment, and personnel movements in a professional, competent, and safe manner.
• Serve as the key point of contact for clients regarding operations.
• Pre-plan and manage equipment and crews.
• Update invoicing and forecasting spreadsheets as required.
• Regularly update personnel and payroll spreadsheets, including contractor tracking.
• Ensure reports are reviewed and placed on the server.
• Raise purchase orders as per work instructions.
• Regularly review supplier pricing.
• Coordinate the movement of materials along the supply chain.
• Liaise with oil company representatives regarding operations.
• Review/create P&IDs, layout, well test design packages, and procedures.
• Manage current inventory and anticipate future needs.
• Allocate resources to maximize the completion of both current and future goals.
• Plan according to the best information available, but be prepared to adjust if conditions shift.
• Ensure all corporate communications are conveyed to personnel.
• Comply with all QHSE and HR policies and procedures.
• Adhere to the Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct at all times.

• Extensive experience with oil and gas well site operations.
• Experience with inventory management of equipment, parts, and spares.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience with onshore well test, slickline, and well integrity services.
