Y Schools Queensland Senior Moreton Bay Campus are recruiting a Wellbeing Caseworker to join the team on a 12-month Fixed-Term, Part-Time (4 days a week) contract starting Jan 2027 based in Mango Hill
Y Schools Queensland Wellbeing Services aim to improve young people’s access and engagement with education through developing mental wellbeing. We achieve this through the provision of best practice individualised support pathways, including psychological intervention, counselling and case management support. In addition, we deliver evidence-based wellbeing group programs, both proactive and developmentally focused, that meet the needs of children and young people.
About the role
As a Wellbeing Case Worker at Y Schools Queensland, it is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people and making a difference in their lives. The position involves providing tailored assessments and support services to students, designing programs to address emotional or social challenges, and collaborating with teachers to create personal education plans
