Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Wholesale accounts by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers.
• Ensure quotes, samples, and product data are supplied within industry-leading timeframes.
• Conduct regular account check-ins via phone, email, and SMS.
• Research, qualify, and onboard new accounts.
• Increase Share of Wallet (SOW) with existing accounts by identifying products they are purchasing elsewhere and gaining that business.

Key Qualifications and Attributes

• Minimum 1 year experience in operations/account management, customer service, internal sales, or a similar relationship management role. 
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields preferred. 
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships. 
• Commercially-minded and excited about developing new businesses 
• Experience in prospect and cold calling
• Hunger to exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in the use of computers and software.
• Highly motivated, hardworking, and capable of working autonomously.
• Ability to overcome obstacles in customer interaction and explore alternate levels and paths of engagement.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Passion for KPIs and achievement.
