We are growing and an exciting opportunity has now become available at our Gosford office for a Wills & Estates Lawyer to join our specialist team. 

About you

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Current practicing certificate;
• 2 + years post-admission experience;
• Have knowledge and experience in and/or a desire to learn and practice succession law;
• Be committed to working in a team environment;
• Have a commitment to build a strong professional reputation within the business and legal community;
• An empathetic approach to clients;
• Be organised with strong file management skills; and
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

The role will involve all aspects of Wills & Estates including estate planning, asset protection and structuring, estate administration. The work will be varied and challenging due to the dynamic nature of the practice and the client base.

• An industry leading bonus structure in which the candidate will receive payment of 50% of all fees paid above their budget. The budget is calculated on only 4.5 billable hours per day;
