Work Package Co-Ordinator
The Work Package Co-Ordinator will manage the planning, execution and delivery of work packages within a large‑scale SAP S/4HANA program. The role focuses on coordinating project activities, managing risks and dependencies, ensuring quality outcomes and supporting alignment across functional, technical and program governance streams. The position requires strong leadership, structured project delivery capability and experience working in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day‑to‑day management of work package activities including planning, scheduling, progress tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate work across functional, technical and testing teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution.
• Support project governance activities including status reporting, steering committee inputs and assurance reviews.
• Facilitate workshops, stand‑ups, design walkthroughs and cross‑team discussions.
• Ensure deliverables align with program standards, architectural principles and quality management processes.
• Monitor resource allocation, workload balance and forecasting for the work package.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business engagement, readiness and alignment with program outcomes.
• Support test planning, cutover activities, transition planning and post‑go‑live processes related to the work package.
• Promote continuous improvement, clear communication and adherence to delivery methodologies.
Required Skills and Experience
• Demonstrated experience managing work packages or projects within large SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP program structures, delivery life cycles and integration points across functional streams.
• Proven ability to manage plans, schedules, risks, issues, budgets and reporting.
• Experience working within structured governance frameworks in complex enterprise or government environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating multiple parallel teams and priorities.
• Required Australian Citizenship and mandatory AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.
• NV1 Security Clearance preferred.
Desirable Skills
• Experience with Agile delivery methods in SAP programs.
• Knowledge of government program management frameworks.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, ALM tools or equivalent delivery platforms.
