Manage a portfolio of ongoing cases, supporting individuals over time rather than handling one-off matters
Build and maintain relationships with people experiencing injury, illness, or life-impacting events
Coordinate appropriate support services and next steps aligned to individual needs and recovery goals
Engage with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely and appropriate outcomes
Monitor progress, identify barriers, and help guide matters toward resolution
Balance multiple cases while maintaining consistent communication and follow-up
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in workers compensation, personal injury claims, insurance claims, or a related customer-focused environment (rehabilitation work, social work, or similar - different types of case management backgrounds could work for this role)
The ability to manage sensitive, sometimes complex situations with empathy and professionalism
Strong communication skills and confidence building rapport over ongoing interactions
Comfort managing a portfolio and prioritising competing needs over time
