Workers Consultant
About the opportunity
The Workers Consultant is required to utilise their expertise and knowledge of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act and the Accident Compensation Act to assist workers who have lodged a conciliation requested with the Accident Compensation Conciliation Service (ACCS) concerning a decision made by an agent, self-insurer or employer in relation to their worker’s compensation claim.

About you
You are an experienced workers compensation professional with the ability to manage highly emotional and conflict‑driven situations. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills enable you to build trust with stakeholders, while your excellent organisational ability allows you to effectively prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.
