About the Role:
Our team is expanding, therefore we are seeking an additional Labour Coordinator/Workforce Coordinator to join the Premium team in Belmont. We are ideally looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and a natural communicator who brings innovative ideas to the team. The main responsibilities of the role includes:

• First point of contact for all long term employees on site 
• Liaise and collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Update and maintain employee rosters 
• Complete client quotations 
• Maintaining and building on existing and new business relationships at a corporate level
• Ability to identify employee growth and retention through understanding your teams skills
• Cost control, goal setting and effective implementation of resources
• Identifying areas of improvement and providing feedback to the GM
• Occasional site visits to maintain relationships with site personnel 

Premium Requirements: 

• Experience in a similar role
• Confident in building relationships and business development
• A team player that enjoys success
• Strong computer skills 
• Valid Manual Driver's License
• Police Clearance (mandatory for some sites)
• Strong leadership capabilities, active listening as well as strong analytical skills
• Competent at conducting client and employee meetings 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
• Motivated and hard working with a professional attitude
