  Stakeholder and Relationship management – responsible for managing key relationships within and across Assurance.

  Opportunity and Demand – work with engagement managers to actively allocate resources, challenge hours, timing and flexibility of engagements to find suitable resources.

  Resource management – actively managing our available resources, understanding their capability and proactively identifying opportunities and resolving resourcing conflicts.   

  
  

• 
  

  Resource optimisation – highlighting capability across the team and wider Assurance to optimise performance and meeting engagement metrics.   

  
  

   

  
  

Skill and attributes for success 

• 
  

  Experience with resource management and/or supply and demand management within professional services.   

  
  

• 
  

  Ability to understand the business and learn the unique skills, needs and goals of our people.   

  
  

• 
  

  Ability to find the right opportunities and connections to create diverse, inclusive and high-performing teams.
