Your new role
In this role, you will design, build and implement workforce and resource planning tools using Excel and Power BI, while collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and transform complex data into actionable insights. You will also document processes, develop dashboards, and support training activities across the business.
What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst
• Strong Excel and Power BI capability, including dashboard design
• Experience developing workforce or resource planning models
• Ability to analyse data, document processes and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
