We’re now seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Team Leader to lead and drive the growth of our Aged and Community Healthcare recruitment business in Victoria. This role offers the chance to shape and grow Australia’s largest Healthcare agency recruitment team delivering top-tier talent solutions to our valued clients across Victoria.

Reporting to the VIC Workforce Manager, this opportunity will see you:

• Leading and inspirng a team of ~7 aged care & community recruiters and allocators
• Developing and executing client acquisition strategies to expand our market share
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Overseeing workforce planning to ensure optimal resource allocation and shift fulfilment
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance, safety, and service excellence
• Representing HCA in contract negotiations and stakeholder engagements
• Monitoring and reporting on team performance, budgets, and operational KPIs
