  • Full Time, Fixed Term through to December 2026

Your opportunity

We’re seeking a Workforce Time & Attendance Technical Lead to own and advance our Kronos (MyTime) platform - the system that powers scheduling, time capture, and payroll interfaces for over 2,000 employees. You will lead the technical design, configuration standards, integrations, data quality, security, and ongoing reliability of the environment, partnering closely with Payroll, HR, IT and frontline teams to make the platform simple, accurate and trusted.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead the roll out of the Kronos (MyTime) across multiple states
  • Configure and optimise pay/work rules, schedules, security profiles, and data structures to ensure accurate time capture and seamless payroll integration.
  • Lead integrations with HR/payroll systems: API design and troubleshooting, Dell Boomi process monitoring ("process reporting"), and Postman-based testing.
  • Establish technical standards: access controls, auditability, logging/monitoring, performance tuning, and defect management.
  • Guard data quality: upstream/downstream reconciliation, exception handling, and robust controls around employee records and schedules.
  • Provide Tier‑3 support and knowledge: resolve complex incidents, maintain technical runbooks, and coach stakeholders to use the system effectively.
  • Plan and deliver upgrades/enhancements with minimal disruption, including regression testing and release notes.

Requirements for success

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing technical delivery of complex projects.
  • Significant experience with Kronos/MyTime systems, including configuration and API-based integration with HR systems.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget, with strong project methodology execution.
  • Advanced technical skills, including data analysis (SQL), API troubleshooting, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple business units and manage change effectively.
  • Experience with data analysis using SQL, working with APIs using postman, Dell Boomi and troubleshooting Integration issues using “process reporting” highly regarded

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
